When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, you'll maintain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.

If you're close to reaching your monthly page limit, you'll receive a notification. Once you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan or wait until your next billing cycle for the limit to reset. For the Experiment plan, exceeding limits will require an upgrade to continue analyzing documents.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on your subscription, except as specified in our refund policy.

We count a standard page as approximately 3,000 characters or the equivalent content in image format. PDF documents are counted by their actual page count. Spreadsheets are counted based on the amount of data they contain, with one spreadsheet tab typically counting as 1-5 pages depending on content density.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Organization plans, we also offer invoice payment options with net-30 terms upon approval.
